Roberts Digital Apps — Refund Policy

All products sold on this store are digital files (PDF guides, cheat sheets, and toolkits) delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered.

Exceptions
We will make it right in the following limited cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
• A technical issue on our end prevented you from receiving or downloading the file you purchased, and we were unable to resolve it after being contacted.

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a refund or re-send the file, whichever is appropriate.
